This looks like it was made in the 40's or 50's. It is extremely rare. His clothes are made of a wool felt fabric. His boots and cuffs are a leather like vinyl. He has green glass eyes. He measures 21" tall. He is dirty from storage and has a couple of moth holes in the wool fabric. No bad for his age. He has a tags on one of his arms that says he is from Saks fifth Avenue and was made in Italy. I tried to find him online with no luck. What a great find for a collector!!
